Our log home is located in a private
gated community of only 53 lots off of Gosser
Ridge Road in Russell Springs, Kentucky. Once
you enter this beautiful gated community you
will see the most breath taking views available
on the lake. Our home is situated on a
cul-de-sac on a point where there is always a
breeze over looking Lake Cumberland in all
directions. Lake views can be seen from every
aspect of our home from the wrap-around porch on
the main floor with a ¾ wrap-around porch on the
second level to the floor to ceiling fixed glass
windows in the great room. Every room has a
spectacular view of the lake which was exactly
why we designed and built this log and stone
home.
Look-Out Lodge of Briarwood currently
has for rent up to 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths
featuring over 4,700 square feet of living area
with two family rooms, two kitchens and a
recreation room. The design of our home allows
us to rent only one bedroom for an intimate stay
or from three to five bedrooms depending on your
needs.
Our log home was designed to open up to
its surroundings with windows and large fixed
glass situated to allow the maximum exposure to
sun light and nature. The interior logs are
stained light to compliment the furnishings
while still offering the natural feeling of a
log home. The main dining room, great room and
kitchen are all open with no barrier walls to
block access. The main great room features a
leather sofa and love seat with custom extra’s
such as a canoe based coffee table and a 42-inch
two sided fire place between the great room and
the master bedroom allowing enjoyment of a
single fireplace in both rooms. Our home also
offers a large fully equipped kitchen which
features plenty of counter space and working
area with an island that doubles as a bar with
seating for four. Our dining room was designed
for entertainment and is large enough to
accommodate the biggest of family get-togethers
featuring a hand made cupboard and a large
hardwood dining table that seats eight people.
In the summer of 2010 we completed a fifth
bedroom, a second family room and kitchen, a
fourth bathroom and
recreation room with crown molding and pine
wainscoting throughout. The recreation room
features a professional ping pong table, pool
table, air hockey table, dart board and a 42 inch
flat screen HD TV with DVD and a comfortable
lounging area. Each room in our home displays
designer furniture and is tastefully decorated.
Enjoy the refreshing sounds and smells
of the outdoors while remaining out of the
elements. Since our wrap around porch is 8 feet
wide with furnishings for your comfort, weather
is never an issue if you want to get a breath of
fresh air. Because this is currently the only
home built in this gated community, you will
find plenty of quite and solitude with an
abundance of wild life. This is the perfect
place for a relaxing weekend get-a-way, a week
long stress reliever or planning your next
family reunion. Feel free to park your boat or
motor home in our circular drive-way or in the
secured and covered boat storage facility
located inside the Briarwood community.

nearby and is available 24x7 for
your convenience.
